Everything you need to know about our service

How do I pay for my laundry?
After we collect your laundry, we take it to our facility, weigh it, and then message you a photo as proof together with your invoice. You can then pay cash on delivery, or pay online via PayPal or Wise.
What is the turnaround time?
Choose the speed that fits your holiday schedule. We offer Next Day service (24-28h) or Same Day Express (7-8 hours). In a rush? Our Super Express 3-Hour turnaround is available in Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Legian, and Kuta.
If I am not at my hotels?
Do not worry! For pick up, just leave your laundry at a reception, bell desk, or security. For deliveries, just inform us where and when you would like us to drop it off.
Where do you offer free pickup?
We collect and deliver for free in: Badung, Kuta, and Legian.
Is my laundry washed with others?
No, absolutely not. Each order is washed separately. We take personal care of your clothes!
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. We have a 3kg minimum charge for all services.
